Auto loan

Tuesday, June 10th, 2008

My Mazda has started acting up and we had to put her in the shop. We got the bad news that we would have to put over $1500 in repairs just to get her back on the road. I think it may be time to invest in a new car. I will need to get a Bad Credit Auto Loan, I have been paying off the bills from my divorce and it has taken me a while to get my credit repaired.

I have found a great site that has good auto loans for people with bad credit. Apex Auto Loans has all the information to get your loan and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend this service to anyone who needs a bad credit auto loan they helped me and I thank them for their service.

Race day

Sunday, May 25th, 2008

This Sunday was filled with racing, much of it I did watch but it was more than I could stand. I am not a major race fan I catch a few races when there is nothing else on TV. I try to watch a few races each year Daytona, Indy and the Talladega races these are exciting even to the casual fan. I know  a few of the local drivers from my days at the radio station, I produced a racing show every week for a couple of years.

Higher prices

Thursday, May 15th, 2008

Not only has the price of gas gone out of the roof the price of items we buy at the grocery stores is rising too. I bought a package of coffee yesterday and it has went up 2 dollars in the last couple of weeks. I can see no end to the rise in prices of gas and groceries, I just hope the companies that employee people see that they will need to pay their employees more than what they are getting now. The simple cost of driving to work is making some people stay home because they can not afford to drive to work.

This weekend

Friday, April 25th, 2008

The Country Music Marathon is this weekend and already the traffic is screwed up between people coming to Nashville for the marathon and people headed to Talladega Alabama for the Nascar race this weekend it has been impossible to get any work done that requires you to get on the interstate. I for one will be glad when we get back to just busy highways not packed ones.

Burning the candle

Tuesday, April 22nd, 2008

Working for a living is really taking a shot in the shorts due to the high price of gasoline, I will have to do some thinking about whether it is worth going to work every day. I drive 35 miles each way to get to work and while I am at work I normally drive 50-60 miles some days much farther. It costs me $75-$100 to fill up my truck, and I would get something smaller but I need to carry all the tools that I carry and sometimes have to deliver a large route, that space is needed.
