This Sunday was filled with racing, much of it I did watch but it was more than I could stand. I am not a major race fan I catch a few races when there is nothing else on TV. I try to watch a few races each year Daytona, Indy and the Talladega races these are exciting even to the casual fan. I know  a few of the local drivers from my days at the radio station, I produced a racing show every week for a couple of years.

A lot of my free time is spent watching Reality TV Shows, I am not able to watch them every week due to work and other life issues.

When I am not able to watch my reality shows I catch up on Reality Bug, they have a great web site that updates the various reality shows. I use this site to help me not miss any of the fun of watching reality TV shows.

One of my favorite television stations G4 is going to run special shows on April 20th this year called Happy 420. Just in case you do not know what G4 is or what 420 stands for let me clue you in. G4 is the ultimate video game geek channel featuring everything that is geek and cool in my opinion. With great shows like The Feed and Code Monkeys it is sure to be a hit with that geek in your life.

And for those of you that do not know what 420 means it is that National stoner day and time which is celebrated every year by gathering together with groups with other smokers and smoking out on April 20th at 4:20 a.m. or p.m. depending what kind of schedule you are on but if your lucky enough to stay up that day you can celebrate 420 twice.
